A half pound ground choice sirloin patty char-grilled.

All American Cheeseburger 
A half pounder char-grilled and topped with your choice of American, Swiss, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Bleu cheese.

Black & Bleu Burger
A Cajun spiced blackened half pound burger topped with fresh Bleu cheese crumbles.

Bacon Cheeseburger
A half pounder topped with smoked bacon and your choice of American, Swiss, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Bleu cheese.

Fisherman’s Cay Seafood Melt                        
Fish, scallops and shrimp salad served on an English muffin with fresh tomato. Topped with Swiss cheese and roasted red pepper aioli, then baked to perfection.

Coconut Encrusted Grouper Sandwich
Fresh Grouper encrusted with coconut and fried. Served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and a side of pineapple salsa.

Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich
A blackened fillet pan-seared and served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and pineapple salsa.

Cuban Ham Sandwich 
Grilled shaved ham and Pepper Jack cheese on a baguette. Served with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mustard sour cream.

West Indian Turkey Reuben
Grilled shaved turkey and Swiss cheese on rye bread with Russian dressing and cole slaw.        

Classic Turkey Club
The traditional double decker with shaved turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on white toast.

Barbecued Chicken Sandwich
A spicy boneless jerk chicken breast, char-grilled and basted with PUSSER'S RUM ® barbecue sauce. Served on a Kaiser roll with Cheddar cheese.  

Granny's Chicken Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast topped with sliced Granny Smith apples, melted Brie and raspberry coulis.

Grilled Jamaican Nine Mile Veggie Wrap         
Assorted grilled vegetables, Cheddar and Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and sprouts. Served in a whole wheat flat bread.

Old English Fish and Chips
A large fillet of North Atlantic Cod dipped in beer batter and deep fried. Served with French fries, slaw, tartar sauce and lemon.

Roasted Sofrito Salmon
Seared fillet of Salmon pan-roasted in sofrito sauce. Served with fresh vegetables and rice with black bean sauce.

Fresh Fish Tacos
Two flour tortillas filled with fresh fish, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Served with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, rice and beans.

Cruz Bay Papaya Chicken
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken char-grilled and basted with papaya honey sauce. Served with whipped yams and steamed vegetables.

Curried Chicken Sauté
Boneless chicken thighs, jerk rubbed, seared and sliced, then tossed with grilled pineapple, peppers, onions and garlic. Finished with our West Indian curried coconut sauce and served with rice.

Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna Steak
Black and white sesame seed encrusted Tuna steak, pan-seared with a soy-ginger glaze and wasabi crème fraîche. Served over whipped yams with fresh vegetables.

Crab Cake Platter
A pan-seared, jumbo lump crab cake with a special blend of herbs and spices based on an 1890s Annapolitan recipe. Served with fresh steamed vegetablesand rice with black bean sauce.

Blackened Snapper
Fresh Snapper fillet generously dusted with our own West Indian blackening spice and pan-seared. Served with rice and black bean sauce, fresh steamed vegetables, and garnished with mango corn relish.

St. John’s Garden Pasta
Broccoli, carrots, red peppers, Bermuda onions, zucchini, squash and artichokes sautéed in garlic oil and finished with a pesto wine sauce. Served over linguine pasta with Parmesan cheese.
