Chef Chris Delay, our award-winning Executive Chef and native Ponte Vedran, has put together an innovative menu that offers a diversely pleasing selection of appetizing fare, featuring fresh seafood, Pusser's Island Grill menu and regional entree favorites. From appetizers such as Pusser's Crab Dip to desserts like the Caribbean Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee, from imaginative daily specials to exquisite wine dinners, our menu appeals to every discriminating taste bud. And of course, what would a visit to the Caribbean be without Pusser's Rum? Try authentic island rum drinks, including the infamous Pusser's Painkiller, and partake in the finest ales, liquors and liqueurs available.

Pusser's Bar and Grille is open daily for lunch and dinner starting at 11am and for Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm.
