Our award-winning chef, Chef James Eriksen, II, will be hosting a series of cooking classes that will demonstrate the secrets of gourmet Caribbean cuisine served at Pusser's Caribbean Grille. Each class will feature a demonstration of various cooking techniques and discussions on the ingredients used at the restaurant.
