Enjoy a freshly prepared, gourmet, five-course “Winter Tropical Getaway” dinner in our exclusive Harbor View Room. Each delightful course, created by our award-winning chef, will be accompanied by an appropriately selected South African wine.

Coconut Chicken Skewers
Chicken tenders with rum flavored coconut batter.

St. Martinique Prawns
Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab Imperial and wrapped with bacon. Baked and served with “Pusser’s dipping sauce.

Mango and Papaya Ambrosia
Fresh Mango and Papaya folded into sweet herb infused meringue. Garnished with fresh berries.

Barbecued Moon Fish
The Hawaiian Opah is delicately flavored with a firm buttery texture. Char-grilled and basted with mustard based citrus barbecue sauce flavored with Island spices. Accompanied by whipped yams, steamed asparagus and plantain chips.

Mango Sorbet with Chocolate Straws
Puréed super ripe mangos lightly sweetened and churned in the ice cream machine. Presented with chocolate straws.
