We've asked our award-winning chef to reveal his favorite items on the menu, and some of them are listed below. Everything sounds so tempting; we bet that you'll want to try them all!

Crab Cakes
Our crab cake recipe was derived from a Calvert county cookbook from 1898, but with a few modern twists to make it even tastier. Our biggest secret is that we do not use seafood seasoning, but we do use only the best jumbo lump crabmeat available, compare ours to any restaurant in town!

Crab Dip
Our crab dip has a rich cheese base and is loaded with jumbo lump crabmeat that you can taste in every bite. Served warm with a French baguette. Scrumptious!

Jerked Chicken & Pineapple Quesadilla
A Caribbean delight that will wake up your taste buds, this dish is served with homemade guacamole and mango corn relish - straight from Tortola to you!

Both of our signature crab soups, Maryland Vegetable Crab and Cream of Crab, have won honors at the local seafood festival.

Our Caribbean Haitian Creole Gumbo has placed in the top three in all six of the local gumbo competitions.
